These terms cover the Movemint app for Android and iOS, the web app at movemint.website/app, and this website. They are short on purpose.

Using Movemint

Movemint is free to use. There is no account to create. You may use the app, the web app and the exercise content for your own personal use.

Please do not copy the exercise animations, videos or voice recordings to redistribute them, or try to break or overload the service. Routine files you make are yours to keep and share.

Moving safely

Movemint offers general bodyweight movement and stretching for everyday activity. It is not personal advice for your situation. Move within a range that feels comfortable, take the rest you need, and stop if something feels wrong. If you are unsure whether an exercise suits you, ask a qualified professional before you start.

Purchases

The Android and iOS apps show one short, non-personalized ad after a finished session. A single one-time purchase removes it, and an optional tip changes nothing in the app. Both are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their refund rules. Nothing in Movemint is locked behind a payment.

Content and changes

Exercises and packs may be added, updated or retired over time. Routines you have saved keep working when content changes. The app, the web app and this site are provided as they are, without guarantees that they will always be available or error-free.

Your privacy

How Movemint handles information is described in the privacy policy. In short, there is no account and your activity stays on your device.
